Good evening, Lantus Land. Sending tons of prayers and healing vines to Kibby, Moonie, Tiggy, and any other ailing kitties, beans, or civvies.

Yellow bounce day today....but baby girl has been full of sweetness and happiness. Mike picked her up this morning and she slipped one paw around the back of his neck, one around the front, and rested her cheek against his. It was soooooo precious!! We just got back from Costco and had a big K-Cup coffee box which immediately had Gracie and Tobey in it as soon as I emptied it.

Very sad news here last night. A good friend of mine who has been fighting a sarcoma for five years finally lost her battle late yesterday. She was my age and was a lovely person who will be missed by many, many people. I'm sad that I was not able to spend as much time with her since we've had so much going on with kitties and DM the last couple of years. Her memorial is Friday afternoon and Mike will be gone working so I don't know if I will get to go or not.

We hope you've all had a good day and there have been lots of green kitties.

If the Princess has to start out high, I love to see an all day Zener slide! She loves her daddybean. :-D

I'm sorry about your friend. I just found out about a friend's passing too, someone I worked with in my first job out of college. It's a sad day.

Marje, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Bless her soul as she no longer feels pain. I am deciding that this growing up stuff isn't so much fun. Too many illnesses and too many deaths.

Hope Little Miss Gracie comes down during tonight's cycle. Love the mental image of Gracie hugging DH! awwww

Hello Marje. I hope Gracie clears her bounce for you and settles in on some blue or green numbers for you. Seeing Tobey & Gracie trying to get into a Big K cup had to be funny.

I'm sorry to here about the loss of your friend.

I am very sorry to hear about your friend losing her battle. She sounds very brave. I hope you will be able to get to her memorial.

The kitties sound like they are glad you went shopping today!

Scritches to all three of them. Tobey did himself proud eating all those hot dogs this week. Wait a few days before you weigh him!

Marge, so cute with the way Gracie loves on Mike. Hope she breaks the bounce. So sorry about your friend passing away. I hope it works out you can attend her memorial.
 
Sorry to hear of losing a friend. It's tough being the "last man standing". I'm seeing that more and more of some family and some friends
with their families.

Always love it when our kitties hug us like little children. Wish they knew we'd like it more. :-D :cool:
Hope she clears that bounce quickly and gets back to Green Business.
Boxes are such good presents for kitties!
 
Oh Marje, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I'm here if you need to talk, just call me. I'm sure Gracie will do her best on Friday so you are able to go to the memorial.
 
So sweet, I can picture Miss Gracie giving your hubby a hug... I love it when Zeus does that to me, doesn't happen as often as it should, ;-)

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I hope you are able to get to the memorial. So sad (((hugs))).

I am imagining Gracie hugging Mike - what a picture that would make. Warms the heart! Nice numbers Gracie, now head back down from that PMPS little girl :-)

Hello Marje. It looks like Gracie wants to bounce for you. I hope she clears it quickly and gets back to the nice numbers.

Again, I'm sorry for the loss of your friend and hope you'll be able to make her memorial service. I had a very close friend that worked for me that passed away at age 54 while waiting for a liver transplant. He was always bringing us things that were cat related. He even managed to find some nice wine in bottles of wine shaped like cats. It's hard but we found talking about all of the laughs and good times we had with him helps. We have you and her family in our thought and prayers.
