Time got away from me. I think I should have reduced Charlie a few days ago...can someone confirm or otherwise provide feedback?

When I've reduced him before, it was straight forward: either a <50 reduction, or a timing + all green reduction. These days, he's a green with occasional blues. I'm not clear on the >99 impacts.

I’m on the fence with taking a reduction as you had over 100 three times. You can try it or wait a few cycles. I don’t think it’s cut and dry. See what others think.

Today is day 10 since last reduction. In the previous 9 days, 5 days have been green and 4 days have seen blue tests. If he's all green at PMPS and bed time, I'll reduce him in morning. That would give green a 2 day edge. That's totally scientific, right? ;)
