Do Sid's levels seem "normal" for being early in the dosing or should I be worried that his dose is still too high based on last night's drop to 70 and then the spike this morning to 479?

I think the dose is fine. You're doing a great job of monitoring. What you're seeing is a bounce. It was a fast drop from pink to green last night. What I might suggest is getting a +2 test. If you'd gotten the early test last night, you might have been able to slow things down with a bit of LC food.

sid'll get used to those lower numbers and the bouncing will diminish. hang in there. really, sid's looking great for only being a few days into the dance! and that is one very nice dose!
