Well, it seems Junga doesn't entirely 'get' the timed feeder. Sometimes he eats his snacks; sometimes he doesn't. His BG numbers seem better when he does eat his snacks, which is the good news.

At night he's in a room with the feeder; I optimistically figured he'd smell the food, and then eventually associate the noise with the snack availability. No dice. I'm going to have to try some other tactics while I'm home this weekend.

On the whole he seems pretty good. He's got an allergy flare-up, so I'm going to end up washing his hotspots with cortisone shampoo (better than oral pred.) I hope he doesn't absorb enough of the cortisone to make a difference in his BG.
