He has become extra bouncy of late. I wonder if he dropped lower later last night. Do you think you will be able to get a feeder so you can give him food later in the cycle at night and when you are at work?
 
I will look into it. I am not sure it will work for him though, I leave food out for him but he tends not to eat any. I usually get around, +9 or +10 and try to get him to eat some more food by bribing him with treats. Likewise, when I am at work I leave him extra food.

Is this PM +9 or +10? Might be better not feed so late in the cycle - that might contribute to higher preshots.

I wonder if he eats all of it earlier in the cycle when he drops low and there is nothing left for a little later?
 
Yes, that may happen. I think it may be dependent on which flavour of food I give him, some he loves more than other and he eats it right away others he eats more gradually throughout the day. That's what I've noticed when I am at home.
