So I took Putu down from 1.5 to 1.25 this morning. I simply cannot get all the tests in to responsibly shoot another late-night drop like last night while DH is out of town. I chased poor Putu around for an hour and half this morning and pricked her 5 times before I finally got a test result.
We will get another chance to shoot 1.5 units and shoot lower this weekend when I have some help and Putu has lost some of the scabs on her ears.
In the meantime, I'm taking advantage of the high numbers to continue to transition to lower carbs. Today's menu: 1:2 ratio hill's:weruva (~5.6% carbs, a 25% reduction).
