Happy Thanksgiving LL! I'm thankful that we found FDMB when Mr T was diagnosed, and for all of the help we received from the community and the collective knowledge accumulated here....because of that, he is happy, healthy and OTJ! I'm thankful for the times when I wanted to raise the dose, and someone would say, "No, he's bouncing, you need to wait." It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear. The support given here is immeasurably precious, but support is not always about cheerleading...sometimes it's about saying what needs to be said.

WCR: Mr Tinkles continues to be green, with a low blue thrown in once in a while. He's feeling great, all Ps in place. He has become a bit of a picky eater, to my surprise! He sometimes turns his nose up at the EVO that comprises the bulk of his diet. I've started feeding more BG, and I may try some Merrick gourmet foods. They used to raise his BG, but maybe he can handle them now. He plays all the time....he and Pita play hide and seek and tag every day, and he "kills" his toys in front of the kitchen sink (who knows why he likes that spot?) With the rain, he hasn't gotten outside for a couple of days, I'll take him out when it warms up a bit today. He loves his outside time! All is right in his world....and for that, I am very grateful.

Enjoy your Turkey day everyone! :-D I'll be around here and there today....

Morning and Happy Thanksgiving!

I so concur on all that you said - it is so true... we too are very grateful.

Congrats Mr Tinkles on maintaining your OTJ status - nice on the 2 weeks!!   Isn't it great when they can handle the foods we serve without too much BG issues.. Mannie loves the Merrick line - huge fan there.

happy thanksgiving everyone - have a terrific day!

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Laurie and Mr T!

Mr T sounds very happy indeed. OTJ really agrees with him! Merrick's has a flavor, "Thanksgiving Day dinner". I'll bet Mr Tinkles would enjoy that (12% carbs, however).

Have a fine day. And thank you, Laurie, for all the help you give everyone here.

We just heard that yesterday!   So true. I hope it works out as well for Zener as it has for Mr. Tinkles. Thank you for all your help. We sure do appreciate it. Have a great day!

Happy Thanksgiving. Great post Laurie. Yes, not always what we want to hear but necessary. It's about the kitties and their safety, nothing else.

Have a wonderful day. Hope Mr. Tinkles gets out for a few minutes. Congrats on 2 weeks OTJ.

Happy Thanksgiving Laurie!!!! Thank YOU for all you do and all the people you help. Thank you for teaching me how very important the +2 is!! We really missed you while you were gone but know those days with your sweet
