Happy Thanksgiving LL! I'm thankful that we found FDMB when Mr T was diagnosed, and for all of the help we received from the community and the collective knowledge accumulated here....because of that, he is happy, healthy and OTJ! I'm thankful for the times when I wanted to raise the dose, and someone would say, "No, he's bouncing, you need to wait." It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear. The support given here is immeasurably precious, but support is not always about cheerleading...sometimes it's about saying what needs to be said.
WCR: Mr Tinkles continues to be green, with a low blue thrown in once in a while. He's feeling great, all Ps in place. He has become a bit of a picky eater, to my surprise! He sometimes turns his nose up at the EVO that comprises the bulk of his diet. I've started feeding more BG, and I may try some Merrick gourmet foods. They used to raise his BG, but maybe he can handle them now. He plays all the time....he and Pita play hide and seek and tag every day, and he "kills" his toys in front of the kitchen sink (who knows why he likes that spot?) With the rain, he hasn't gotten outside for a couple of days, I'll take him out when it warms up a bit today. He loves his outside time! All is right in his world....and for that, I am very grateful.
Enjoy your Turkey day everyone!
I'll be around here and there today....
