KT's wonderful this morning altho' he's not overly interested in eating - he's sitting in the numbers that let's his body use the food it does have but doesn't scream for more! This is the merry-go-round we ride too often - wish someone would straighten out this round thing!
CINDY/MOUSIE! THANK YOU!!! Mailman delivered another innocent envelope....inside is a whole slew of coupons! I'm going to have even MORE fun shopping Monday. Between what Dayna/JD sent us and these, I've got about $50 of FREE food! WOOHOO! BIG HUGE Yard dance!!!! Hope you all don't mind that I do it later when it's a bit warmer.... :roll: ...only 43 right now.
I got out on black Friday ONLY to go to PetSmart - THANK YOU GRAMS (Liz/Anne/Zener), we got that bigger crate!!! THIS one will hold cat, food AND small litter box without kitty having to lay in the litter! We use the smaller one all the time - Sir Leo still gets a bit wild at times, he gets to 'rest' in it for a bit. His food/water bowls are still in it too so it's not so terrible. I also got 10 tubs of litter at $4 per 35 lb pail as well as quite a few cans of Friskies at $.39 each. I used some of Dayna's coupons to also hit the FancyFeast - got about a case of it...still have about half the coupons left too! I ALSO got 9 6-lb bags of Science Diet DROOLER dry food for $2/bag after applying coupon!! I cleaned out all they had, didn't leave even ONE for someone else...
My usual checker wasn't there so one of the newer people had to check me out and play the coupon game. We started with the drooler bags, she plodded along and really wasn't happy about doing it since she had to do one at a time. I FINALLY figured out why when her manager showed up at the register looking for her...she was a bit worried that she wasn't doing something right. We finished those and started on the single litters - she turned to manager and asked "Can't I just ring up 10 of them?" Manager and I both said No at the same time because I'd only get ONE $5 coupon where if we did it one at a time, I'd get one for EACH tub. Her manager jumped in and started helping too by scanning tub and my card then she did coupon and money. We THEN began having fun! By the time we FINALLY finished, she was full of smiles and happy that she'd helped a customer save so much. NIIIIICE!! I LIKE leaving people with smiles on their faces.
BIG HUGE HUGS to all that visit today! Thoughts and prayers with Alexa losing Reuben as well as our sick and new sugar babies.

That is too funny about Schiggles and her pee dance. :lol: :lol: I'm so glad to hear how well she is doing. And Leo too! That was sure their lucky day when they came to your house.
