Happy Thanksgiving Morning LL,

Jetta is still working through her bounce. Her Appy is back and in fact she's sitting 2 inches from my laptop about to join the CPC from breffis #1. Whew.

Well, on this day of celebration and reflection, I want to say how thankful I am for all of you here in LL and the FDMB. It is SO true "this is the best place you never wanted to be". Those first few terrifying days are still so easy to remember and the kind words and ecouragement from all of you were like lights in my darkness. I am so thankful to each of you for Jetta even still being here. She was so sick and I honestly was starting to accept the fact that her end had come. However, this group encouraged me and held my hand and of course- Jetta's here-happy, purry, and in some ways healthier than she was pre-diagnosis. So, my Sincerest thanks go out to you today and every day for all you do and who you are. Never have I met a more caring thoughtful selfless group of people. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

I hope the bounce clears, and it's good to hear her appy is back. Good for the CPC #1 breffifs. Have a great Thanksgiving day.

Yeah for Jetta!! I feel the same way, I don't think Zener would still be here without LL. Sure wish the bouncing would stop though. :lol: :lol: Thank you for all of your support, Jac. We sure do appreciate it. :smile:

i know exactly what you mean about finding hope here in LL. just shows how powerful education is, and how much of a difference it can make in the world when people give of themselves.

LOVE your story about Winston and the windshield wiper adventures. I could totally picture it. He must've been a special one. I had one that liked to ride on the center top of the front seat when i had an ancient car. when i was in high school my dad bought my great-aunt's 1954 chevy and it had bench seats in the front and back. TC loved to park there above my shoulder where she could see everything.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!! What a nice cycle this morning for Jetta! It is good to read that her appy is back - Mannie welcomes all new members to the CPC, an honored status! GO JETTA! enjoy your holiday today!

I so concur on your comments on the board... It was the same for us.

What a lovely day today. Thank you all for the kind sentiments. I'm ready to settle into a turkey induced coma. Julie- thanks for your TC story. It's always wonderful to keep the memories alive of our dear GA kitties.

Happy Thanksgiving Jaclyn!!! A very nice day for Jetta as she was clearing her bounce.

We are so happy to have you with us....each of us is part of this big LL family and contributes something special in her/his own way. I also don't know where we would be without LL.
