Happy Thanksgiving! Yesterday

Garland did awesome on our long trip yesterday. She barely made a peep after the first hour. When we finally arrived I took her upstairs and got her litter box, food and toys all set up and let her explore.

She took another dip in the 40s last night, so another decrease this morning. New dose 3.50

Last night: PMPS 118
+ 4 116
+7 97
+ 10 49 (fed some gravy)
+11 80
AMPS 99

Seems almost every night recently I'm up all night battling low numbers. Should I be decreasing more often?

I'm sorry I don't have dosing answers either...but lookit Garland go! Way to work the juice, girl!

I'm glad Garland traveled well for you. Great to see Garland doing well. LL is a great place.

No advice, but hoo woo on Garland's great numbers! She must not mind the traveling too much, at least there isn't a lot of stress in her BGs. Have a great day with family!

I really can't respond without seeing your SS. I realize you're having computer problems. However, if there's someone who can fill out your SS for you, we'll be able to answer your question about dose. If you give someone your password (do this by PM) and the link to the SS, they could update for you. Not having 2 weeks worth of data makes it impossible to answer your question.

It's great that Garland did so well on her trip. All that worry for nothing! We hope you are having a good Thanksgiving with your family.
I would be willing to update your SS if you would provide me with the day-by-day data and the information Sienne says I would need to open your spreadsheet and update it. If you would like me to try to do this, please send me a PM containing your Google password and a link to your SS. (and, of course, all of Garland's numbers for the weeks that your computer has been broken).

p.s. The thought occurs to me that it is possible to update a Google spreadsheet if you have a "smart phone". Google uses the Google Mobile version for smart phones and tablets. When you first log in, the mobile version does not permit you to edit the SS, but if you switch temporarily to the "desktop" version (they give you this option), you can log in as usual and then switch back to the mobile version (the desktop version is not fully supported on mobile devices). Now you can edit the mobile version. It's a little tricky, but not hard once you get used to it. I do this when I am in NYC and working from my iPad. Good luck!

Beautiful #s for Miss Garland!!! Blackie could take some lessons from her with regards to her PS #s. :lol: Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday, and I'm so glad to hear that she did well on the trip. WTG Garland!!!

Hi! I'm one of your silent fans. (Great work with Garland!) I haven't chimed in before, but I had a bit of time on my hands tonight. I went through the previous posts and extracted the data you reported and tossed it into a new spreadsheet. It's not complete, and should be double checked against your meter, but it might help. When you are able to, it could be copied and pasted into Garland's usual spreadsheet and this one can be deleted.

I am sure everyone on fdmb are absolutely fantastic people, still I would be very hesitant to give my google password to anyone, let alone anyone I only knew online.

Garland's temporary spreadsheet is here.

There's an option to make it updatable by anyone without a password. Would that be a good idea? I don't check in regularly.

I want to take this time to tell you how very much I have admired everything you have done for Garland since being here and all she has gone through. Many people, while loving their kitty, with all the things on their
plate that you have, would have let the kitty's health fall to the side. But not you....You are amazing and Garland is healthy, happy, and alive today solely because of you and your willingness to not only listen to the
incredible people here but to do everything you can for Garland. (((Violet)))...YOu truly ROCK!!

Thank you so much for your kind words. Even when things get stressful with Garland, everyone here always gives me such strength to keep going. :)

This is perfect ! Yes, change it to where anyone can update it for me. You are AWESOME!! is there a way to copy/paste the rest of my SS onto this one?

PMPS 172 - this is a gravy number. I didn't hide the rest of the gravy can well enough. She ate quite a bit, before I caught her :oops:
 
You are very welcome. I have changed the access setting to "Public on the web - Anyone on the Internet can find and edit". When I try to copy and paste the old spreadsheet into the new one, the cells aren't copying into the right positions. I am sure that I could figure it out if I worked at it, but I am also sure that someone out there knows how to get it done. So I'm off to post turkey day cleanup.
