Instead of an increase we decided to try a new Lantus vial first. It's been a similar number of days to our other ones, so we wanted to rule it out as a possible cause. This will be our last vial before we switch to pens--looking forward to not having to worry about vials expiring anymore!

Pen life is the good life! I know I've read experienced folks recommend not increasing on a new vial, so I think that was a good call
