Checks is unenthusiastic today. No naughties, no sink. Just napping on a fluffy blankie on the couch.
He ate nicely, twice. I don't blame him. I wish I could shove him over and join him. Unfortunately, I need to return videos to library.
I already had to shovel my way across the road to get the paper. No plow yet.Everyone is driving in the same snow rut down the middle of the road.
Checkers is boring this morning, so I'll tell about the wildlife
I have a small bird feeder, that is surrounded by a cage, to make it "squirrel proof". A little red squirrel squeezed into it, and got stuck, between the plastic feed tube, and the metal cage
Omogosh, I couldn't help it, without putting fingers near it.. I had time to run for the camera, but didn't think of it.
As I walked closer, to see what I could do, the poor thing got so terrified, in it's panic, it managed to get it's front end out, and got stuck again...before sucking in it's gut to pull through the metal bars. I hope it learned to stay away.
