Went out Jeepin with the DH all day today. Had a great time! However, either the auto feeder didn't work as planned or Buster didn't know to go check it for snacks so poor kitty didn't get fed all day! He got the frozen plate I left for him as we walked out the door, but nothing more angry(2)_cat It will be interesting to see where he's at for PMPS. I picked up a SoloStar pen today, as I suspect my vial has lost it's potency (it's only been 2 months, but who knows?). I have looked at the tutorial for how to handle it - looks simple enough. Hopefully it will take Buster back to greenville!

Hope everyone enjoyed Caturday!!

Re: 11/24 Buster AMPS 167, PMPS 70

PMPS 70....hmmmm. I thought the Lantus vial was going bad? Well, I gave a BIG FAT CHICKEN SHOT! I figure his lower number is because he didn't have food throughout the day. I'm starting a fresh Lantus pen - I don't even know if I need to at this point, but I'm committing to it. I shot a .85u instead of a full 1u like I was supposed to. I will monitor him closely, regardless nailbite_smile

tsk tsk....why did you shoot a BCS?

Just remember that with the pen, you do not shoot air into it. Just draw your dose....there will be pressure so be sure the plunger does not try to move back towards the pen.

I dunno Marje - I tweaked out fer some reason  I was worried cause he hadn't eaten I guess. If all goes well tonight I'll bump back up to 1u...ugh!

Re: 11/24 Buster AMPS 167, PMPS 70, +2 85

+2 = 85 Now that I've over analyzed it, I can see 18 billion reasons why I shouldn't have chickened out. O well  The only thing left to do is get through the night and do better next time.
