What I noticed was that when I started the Lantus ... his glucose went down at the end of the first cycle, when the Lantus wouldn't be kicking in much. And the next day, at the end of the 3rd cycle, it was back up in the 400s. when the Lantus would be starting to build up. My suspicion is that the total insulin dose is too high, I backed off the Prozinc by 0.2 Units this morning.
Today, I can check him until 4pm. I've got the +3 and thought I'd do +6, then +8 and PMPS, though it depends on when I get back.
