Good Morning, Everyone,

Our hearts go out to Alexa. Her dear kitty, Reuben, has crossed to the Bridge. Fly free, sweet Reuben!

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans and is well into his morning routine: good test, good shot, good breakfast (Wellness Chicken/Turkey combo plate), and now a good nap in his little bed by the radiator. Weather is still mild, but we are expecting snow showers by tomorrow morning, just in time for our trip to NYC! Lots to do today to get ready.

I'm enclosing some pics I took yesterday: the ice patterns on the Heron Marsh; Rusty enjoying sunshine.

Morning Ella, both beautiful pics, the ice patterns on Heron Marsh and the gorgeous, gorgeous Rusty. He couldn't have posed any better! Have a great day. Hope you get everything done in prep for tomorrow.

Sounds like things are off to a great start there today. Rusty I like your amps, such a nice good blue numbers. I expect you will be back at the green lagoon soon.

Enjoy the weather today. We gad a decent one yesterday, today we are back to the rains. It figures that you would get snow on the day you need to travel. I hope it isn't too bad. God luck with all the getting ready for the trip.

I love the pics. Rusty is such a pretty kitty. And the ice pic! awesome - I really like that one. Ice can make such great patterns - fascinating.

What a great photo of Rusty! I love the ice patterns; they are just lovely.

And, in answer to your question in Gabby's condo, of course there are leftovers! I thought that was the point of being the cook -- I get the leftovers (even after packing food up for my guests).

Great pics Ella! Nice AMPS for rusty...hope you guys have a great day. We are having a party here for Ginger this weekend...she missed her mama and J.D. so much...so maybe Rusty can stop by too...hey, maybe they will all take a ride to NY to visit you guys too over the weekend,...might be a plan!!

Safe travels to you with no snow issues.
Rusty is quite a handsome gentleman! He looks like he was just about to break out in a smile while having his picture taken. The ice patterns are beautiful. It's amazing what ol mom nature can do.

'Mornin Ella........I had the same thought Mary did. It looked like Rusty was smiling, or smirking about a secret he was keeping. :lol: What a handsome cat, indeed! :-D

That picture of the ice patterns is gorgeous.

Hi again,
Rusty is having a good green day. I'm getting his stuff together to take to NYC. Don't want to forget the syringes again! He went outside briefly this afternoon before the weather deteriorated and was scolded by the chickadees. It's raining now and expected to change over to snow late tonight. Not looking forward to a trip in the snow on a holiday weekend!
