I'm trying to make the last couple hours of work go by a little funner, so since I was so rushed this morning, thought I would do my Twice Report. He still has a good appy but flops back and forth from 2 cans ff/meal to 1can/meal. I do notice that the higher his bg the more he eats so it still makes sense. He is getting more and more ridiculously playful, but his back end is still a little weak. I am going to stop at the wee pharmacy in one of the small towns I pass on the way home and see if they have methyl B12. his +11 was on the pink floor today, so I am thinking that I am def increasing him tonight, for the weekend, but I don't think I will go up the full .25 this time. The other day when I was going to increase, I couldn't get my poop in a group fast enough so gave him his regular dose with a hard squeexe at the end and that cycle looked pretty darn good. So I will attempt to calculate 'a hard squeeze' for this increase :roll: :lol: At this point, without a great set of calipers I am measuring doses on a best guess and perhaps this last time my best guess was off, and needs tweaking? This is what I am believing anyways. I ordered the new calipers online today but they won't be here for a couple weeks. Until then, the others will suffice.
The upstairs kitties are LOVING the new bay window
Now just gotta let the downstairs kitties have some quality time upstairs with the window, and maybe...just maybe, they will want to hang out upstairs more often
We ended up letting our 4 strays into the laundry room last night due to the -38 with windchill
Hope everyone is having a great TGIF! My heart goes out to Marje and Mike over the loss of their sweet boy, Gussie, last night. I know we can all feel their pain and wish we could take a piece of it away for them.
