Okay, I think we've seen what this dose can do for Putu Probably time for an increase tomorrow as you all have noted.

But how much? The TR guidelines say nadirs over 300 get a 0.5 increase rather than 0.25. I'm a bit nervous because she's been such a massive diver and I don't want to have to skip a shot again. Any thoughts?

You have not been on this dose for 6 cycles so tomorrow would be the time to increase. I would go with .50 provided you can monitor and have high carb, middle carb, and plenty of test strips. Lantus is more gentle and you want to Dutch the pinks.

I agree with Elise. If you don't see anything below 300 by tomorrow morning, you can increase to 1.5 units. I am hoping he she will see somewhat better numbers before then. The depot was depleted with the skip and it is still building. Plus I see you are changing the ration of m/d to weruva, so the difference in carbs might also have an impact.
