. If she is blue at your normal "PS", feed a small meal and test again after about 3 or 4 hours. If his number is lower 3-4 hours after a meal, then the pancreas is working!

I'm sorry your husband has covid , Praying you don't get it, you're right try and stay isolated from him, wear a mask if you have to be around him if he needs anything.

Oooh, or maybe he got into some grocery store kibble that ended up on the floor of my office after I shut him out of my room last night. There were two little piles of puke and the one I just cleaned up was very definitely that. And the bag looked like it was open just enough for a very large, very hungry cat to get into

He was 70 just now a few hours after a snack (and just before yet another snack) so I think we're sailing along nicely and I've thrown out the offending bag of kibbles since none of the other cats are eating it (I was trying to tempt Harold with it when he was eating poorly). If we need more for the hypo kit eventually, I'll get more

Thanks for the good thoughts! Husband has the antivirals and seems to be feeling better and is enjoying playing video games to his heart's content.
 
It is a cat tradition to throw at least one or two blue preshots during a trial. :p Go Charlie. :D
