All is well in CurryLand.

Curry's in hog heaven as she scored some of Sid's EVO kibble. Ugh. Good news is that I'd been cutting back on Sid's kibble and adding the canned so Curry only ate a little. That is the first time Curry had snagged the forbidden fruit in 3.5 months. Happy Thanksgiving Curry. Hope you enjoyed it cuz that's the last time you'll get the kitty crack ever again young lady. This is first time that Sid turned down the kibble and wanted the canned food. Yesterday Sid had refused all canned food. Go figure.

It will be interesting to see what it does to her numbers today.

Good morning!
I know exactly what you mean....when Rocket gets desperate to eat dry food he sits by Comet's dish to snif his food....and the odd time i have found him nibbling on Comet's food....oh btw...Comet is our dog!
So i gotta make sure i don't leave Comet's food out! the things they do for crack! or should i say junk food! :mrgreen:

Yeah, I couldn't get too upset w/her as I was so pleased w/her number this morning. I had experimented w/dividing her evening snack into 2 portions last night and giving her the first at +5 and second at her usual +8. We'll see if that trick works in the future w/her.

So far the kibble hasn't seemed to impact her much this morning.....it may hit later on if it takes longer to digest and such.....nothing would surprise me at this point.

Weather will be a balmy 77 today....nice opportunity to get on the bike before the monsoons hit next week.

And that 77 AMPS is pretty darn good, too!

Interesting day for Curry, so far. I hope one day soon, Sidney will be completely off the dry :-D

Hoping Sid will surprise me one day and say....I just want canned. Yeah, right. But she did surprise me today by turning her nose up at the kibble and went for the canned. She gets her food apart from Curry on the dinner table......I know......A cat eating on the dinner table.....Its the only place I can watch her before Curry snags the forbidden kibble....I just turned my back for 45 seconds....I usually give Sid the kibble while I'm testing Curry and its such a small amount now that she will typically finishs it before I'm finished w/Curry. Not this morning.

Oh the things we do for our babies. Mudcat gets her kibble (EVO) on the dinner table too. She refuses anything that looks, smells, or has the texture of real food. She will even turn her nose up at tuna water! She is learning nothing gets left out or down for her.

In the evening we have a game of "kibble in the cat tree." I hold the bowl and watch TV. Since she is such a grazer and can't because of Atlas...she comes and sits in front of me. I put her bowl in the cat tree and she eats for a bit ...then goes to play. I pick the bowl up and 15 minutes later she comes back for more. We do this for an hour or so until her 1/2 cup kibble is gone. Attie doesn't even seem to notice...at least not yet.

cats on the table are part of having abyssinians its impossible to keep them off of well everything :lol: Nice numbers for Curry even with him eating the no-no food

Oh that's funny. You made me feel better about Sid still eating the darn EVO......That's hilarious about Mudcat eating "kibble in the cat tree". That was really good thinking and training on your part. Very, very smart bean.

Oh too fun in the kitty contraband... I wish I could see numbers this good with kibble on board. :lol: :lol: I bet she didn't get too much. nice try there though Curry.

Great numbers! Curry is doing so well. If he got any of the kibble, it doesn't seem to have hurt. You are doing great, Tena!

Wow what beautiful numbers despite the contraband. If that was Tori she would have been off the chart by now. Makes me think Curry has something wonderful coming up.

When I need to be awed I look at Curry's SS. You are doing such a great job with him :mrgreen: The kibble didn't phase Curry's Mighty P. Powder wanted to add:I think Curry should teach a class in Liver Training School. He has the no bouncy thing so good!

Here we go again....Curry, THIS is the safest way to scuba dive.....silly girl. Why didn't you tell me you wanted fish for dinner...I would have given you a taste of my salmon....you didn't have to go diving for it. Besides you aren't certified to go scuba diving.

....I think part of the drop at +2 was because she wasn't inhaling her food tonight although it was a big-A drop.....Was planning on going nite, nite and took another reading.....first it said 78....but that was the "no-bleed" ear could barely get enough blood......took a reading from the "gusher" ear......thar she blows......it was 60...gave her the rest of her dinner that she had left in her bowl....and a dental treat.....always impt to clean your teeth after dinner......my dad was a dentist....he would have been pleased. :mrgreen: Have +5 snack in the feeder and a +8 snack....
