We’ve been on our starting dose of 0.25 lantus for over a week now.. started a bit higher at 0.5 but it seemed too much for him as a jumping off point..
Im wondering if we should be increasing the dose back to 0.5 units now?
Im not really sure what his number should be looking like considering the dose and the time hes been on insulin, should I do another curve before adjusting?
