LOL today I saw my chiropracter and he wants to know why I haven't taken a pain pill in a month. I explain I am up all night testing and was afraid to sleep through the alarm... he had a diabetic dog so he understood. Then I got yelled at because my arm was half out of socket and my back & neck all messed up. OOPS

I did lose 8 pounds this month :lol:
and I was in such a tizzy this morning I locked myself out of the house- (my SO has keys).

So i treated myself to lunch and had an hour to READ! Then I got cheese and cat food at Trader Joes. Now off to work to put up some last min Holiday decor.

If Bast is good numbers tonight I plan on taking half a soma and SLEEPING!!! @-)

Congrats on day 1! Sounds like you made the most of it....hope you can get back into adjustment soon :-D
 
he he he I didn't think it would take Bast too long, this is most excellent news - happy day 1 and yay for a good night's sleep tonight!
