He dropped from 526 PMPS to 87 this morning. Acting fine. I lowered his dose from a fat 1.5 to 1.5. Just wondering if this huge a drop is a sign that his pancreas is working or if I should be worried. I'm home all day and will monitor him like crazy.

Did you test at all last night? I don’t see any on your ss He cleared a bounce overnight. He did not earn a reduction as he’s a long term diabetic so he needs to drop 3 times under 50. You reduced his dose from 1.75 to 1.5f which was correct and that dose is still influencing his bg. Since you didn’t take the full .25 reduction it’s fine to keep the 1.5 dose though but not due to his bg this morning. That was a good AMPS. With TR shoot low to stay low.

I didn't test last night - just needed to get some sleep. And the time change really messes things up for me. He just tested 179 +2 so he's good.
