Luci seems to be okay numbers-wise but she detests the Gabapentin and growls and is cranky with me at testing time...I think she's traumatized from her recent vet visit - there was a lot of poking going on there :(

I'm trying to minimize the testing - and have given her some MC when I think she might be approaching nadir - she does ok as long as she's not handled - I'm sure that foot is really sore - and as long as she's laying down she seems comfortable - she likes it when I visit and pet her - she purrs and rolls over on her back - but hates me when I pick her up - oh well, it has to be done.

Looking forward to getting to some warmer weather although it looks like today will be cold for the most part - tomorrow we'll be getting into the balmy temps of South Florida.

Praying that you have a safe trip to the sunny state of Florida. We'll miss having you around for a couple of days, but know we will be thinking about all of you.
 
Poor Luci! For her little foot and vet trauma too.. I'm sure your presence is very comforting, even if you do have to pick her up from time to time! Good luck and safe travels :)
