It is safe provided you gave plenty of supplies. Do you gave hc, mc, plenty of test strips? Can you monitor as late as needed ? If so shooting 50+ is safe. There’s a good chance you will see a bounce. If not on the way up at PMPS you should stall and do not feed. Post the pmps and retest in 20-30 minutes. When we tell someone to shoot green for the first time we need to commit to staying with you. I. Ant make that promise. Let’s see the pmps and then decide whether to shoot a full dose, one time reduced dose or skip.

Looks like a late nadir perhaps?!
With TR, you can shoot any number over 50 provided you have plenty of test strips, medium and high carb food and honey or Karo if needed.

You have the option to skip or give a reduced dose since this may be your first green preshot. Keep in mind that the higher depot may still effect the first half of the cycle.

I would get a +11 test to see if kitty is staying flat or rising.
 
now here in Italy it is 18:50 and I do insulin at 19:00.I usually go to sleep around 22-23.
I haven't fed her anything yet, at 7:00 pm I will test her again and keep you updated.
 
In that case you need to keep kitty safe so I’d either shoot a token dose of 1.0 if you can monitor fur at least 5 hours or skip. Feed and decide what you want to do.
 
Ok. There’s always a risk the bg will fall when stalling but other times you see a bounce or rise high enough to shoot comfortably. Get a +1 and +2 as that will be good info and make sure on the rise.

You said you gave 11% carb food which is mc. You might want to get some 15-20%+. Do you have honey or Karo? If not pick some up next time you are at the market.

I'm going to see if I can get a lot of it this week.
All I have at home is honey and maple syrup; I don't know what the "Karo" is.
