Hi! Already at 76 at +4.5. After conversation with Bhooma yesterday I'm more comfortable letting her surf a bit in the green. Normally I'd give her HC dry snack since she's below 90 right now, but instead I fed her the usual LC snack - we will see if it's enough to stop her from dipping more. I'll test again at +5.5 to see how it has affected her.
 
What did she get fed between AMPS and now? Some dry?
Any chance of getting earlier tests? Say +2 or so, so you can see when the drop is coming and feed the curve?
 
Her typical feeding schedule:

shot time: 55g of 2% carb wet food (= 66% of calories)
+2: 3g of ~30% carb kibbles (=11% of calories)
+5: 18g of 2% carb wet food (=22% of calories)
(The remainder is just a treat for testing)

So as usual she ate her dry snack at +2. And she would have been in line to get a wet snack at +5, but I tested at +4.5 just to see and because she seemed interested in food.

I do test at +2, before the dry snack, in the evenings. But I cannot reliably do it in the mornings because I teach in person. That will change in December. I do feed the curve in the evenings, but maybe I need to do it right away at +2, increasing the dry food to 4g instead of 3 on days she’s dropping faster. Frankly the quicker drop today was predictable because it’s been a while since her last pred.
