OTJ Trial 11/18 Blue - Day 4 AMBG 83 PMBG 80

I wish there were answers to why those behavioural changes might not revert back to their previous patterns. Binx has also been as hungry as ever, no matter how stable his numbers are or aren’t.
Glad to see Blue holding those strong greens!

Some cats are just hungry. The increased drinking/urination would be more concerning for me, personally, especially if it was a sudden change. I hope some of the more experienced folks here have ideas for you!

Ah, sorry, no, I might have missworded that.
The eating and drinking have not changed recently, but they have neither went down after he was regulated nor now when we're doing our OTJ trial.
I would have expected (hoped) at least for the thirst/urination to go down a bit. He used to pee 1-3 times a day before DX, and 6-7 times now. At his peak he was double this.

How about the amount of pee?
I would be concerned probably only if still having those giant pee balls. If acting the same in general, it could just be learned behavior, no?
By the way, congrats on a great day 4!🥰

Definitely a smaller amount, like 3 now equal 1 before.
Thank you, and good luck with Nico's new dose! I think he's already looking better, now time to get out of the stinky pinkies!

Well that's great! It sounds like it's just become habit for him. It's the same when you take in a feral. They're used to scarfing down food, as they never know when that next meal's coming. I've had several that still do this. One that can only be fed around 20 kibbles at a time, or she will inhale it all and immediately throw up.🙄
They're all special.
