First of all... I'm continuing to send tons of healing and prayers for those that are ailing (the DH, and Tawny, and anyone else).
Secondly, please keep my beloved neighbors in your thoughts and prayers. Tomorrow, they're going to be putting down to very loving animals... 1 is a dog named Hershey who is covered in cysts or tumors (they're not cancerous, but they're not going away, either), and has a hairloss issue... The other is an 8 year (?) old pony named Lil Bit that was born on the property (her momma is named Patches). She suffered an injury which has injured her to the point where she has difficulty walking. She WAS improving, until sometime last week she thought she could do what the others did (they were running around), and re-injured herself to the point where she's not able to get up on her own without some assistance from a human. It's been an extremely difficult time for all of them, and both of my neighbors have decided to end their suffering, and not be selfish anymore. We all try not to be selfish, but it's difficult to let go. We always try to justify it, and prolong the inevitable for as long as we can. Sometimes, what we think is right, really isn't, and it doesn't help those that are truly suffering. Broken hearts will mend over time, and they'll always have them both in their memories, and in their hearts. I'll be seeing them on Sunday.
On a more happier note... 4 P's. Jumping onto table for testing (except for this morning's PS test... She wanted to be picked up... Lazy bugger. :lol) She grabbed a contraband of something before I could get to it, but I'm guessing it was a crumb of something (HOPEFULLY NOT the bad stuff). I was making something last night, and she wanted to jump onto the cupboard to see what it was. That's the first time that she's showed interest in jumping that high. I tell ya... Diabetes makes our sugarbabies do weird things. :lol:
MY WISH: For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
