Happy Hump Day - all good here, 3/5 P's, no preening, no playing, excellent appetite. She is napping in the sun. We may be the lone hold-outs, that +9 snack works well for us so we're keeping it. I'm feeling zomboid this morning after my late night, wish I wasn't working today but whadya do? We all like to eat.

Sun? you have sun??? We have the liquid variety, blowing her there and everywhere... Mannie is so funny: he stares at the ugliness outside, lets out this huge sigh, and heads of to his bed for more napping. works for me. :lol: :lol:

Zomboid.....I like that term....feeling it myself....And I do LOVE to eat.

Nice start to Shadow's day....I changed Curry's snack time to +7......She seems a little more intersted in eating at shot time....I'd have to see what it does to her numbers overall.

Essi is need of some pampering too, she is currently sunbathing and snoring up a storm. Oh if I could record her snoring, its hilarious. Poor Essi, momabean is teasing her at her expense and she cant even get back at me... Oh wait yah she can, she cld let her nose to the sniffing, and find the dry good carbs lol, she would be sooooo grounded.

8 drops for the vitacoat will be adequate..It is chocked full of good stuff, but I would go slow & make sure it's good for Dear Shadow!

You need to do what works for your cat. ECID and that snack may work for her...You've been doing so well, dont rock the boat-OK?

Moonie with all her neuropathy & bad knee, just went zooming around this afternoon for a minute or so!!
Just like the old days when they did a cat racetrack through our hallway...Just that few second activity made me so happy!!--Must be doing something right!

I told Michelle the other day on the +9, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Sometimes you sorta want to try something but then you aren't sure because if it doesn't work, you've lost ground. So I think if you know the +9 helps her and you can see how wonderful her numbers are, don't worry about what anyone else is doing. It just wasn't panning out for Gracie but ECID girlfriend. Baileys on the rox, getting over my work day. wow! by this time of year, everyone with an orthopedic complaint has met their deductibles and that procedure they have put off all year HAS to be done now before year's end. I haven't taken any PTO all year this year because I knew I had this big trip coming up, at the very busiest time of the year....I am going to be so ready.

Shadow has had a totally excellent day. She has been enthusiastic for her snacks as well her vita coat plus. I am going with Roni's 8 drops a day - Shadow's weight called for more than that but it looked like a lot when I measured it up. poor big kitty-girl. I sat down with the zoom groom and brushed out big ole clumps of hair tonight. I can see now, this resurgence of dandruff is almost in the pattern of a saddle across her back and flanks. the yapper has a vet appt on friday, I'm going to pimp this young vet resident about "saddle dandruff" - there may not be such a thing, but it sounds like it could be a medical condition, doesn't it? feline saddle psoriasis.

great pmps for us - if I was here all day and gave the big girl a tsp of wet food hourly, she'd be running steady numbers in the 60's. Shadow kills me - the automat will open right beside her and she doesn't get up to investigate. but when I get home from work, she waddles into the kitchen acting all starved. how can she not realize that there is food near-by (auto-mat). she just isn't curious enough to seek it out. Geoff doesn't think she EVER seeks out food. If you don't drop her bowl down in front of her, she never gets up to eat. what is that? I think it's little-old-lady-kitty behavior. she is very elderly. I remember my grandmother was a lot like that.

I'll catch up with y'all tomorrow. I have to double back in the morning but I'm off for the weekend starting tomorrow afternoon.

Baily's on the rox, ok, mouth is watering here, again didnt buy any at the store; however I did have some over the weekend. It is soooo yummy. DH thinks its odd I dont mix it w/anything. OH HELL NO. straight for me, why disguise the taste of a good alcohol w/something else... Just saying. SOOOO taken some w/me when we go camping (Glamis) for Thanksgiving.

Shadow, look at that PMPS, GREAT JOB.... Moma bean needs to rest, its been a day.

Awesome day for Shadow....

Shadow and Curry sound the same in regards to the feeder. We are back to intensive training. 4-5 spins of the feeder...with one tray holding a meal and the rest holding her favorite snack. Have it in the living room where we both can see and hear it. Then momma beans gets all excited when it opens and walks over to the food. Sometimes Curry will come to it.....I don't think we've really done it enough for it to sink in yet.

Glad you are getting some well deserved time off my dear.
