I buy Visbiome direct from the company, I think you can get it from Amazon as well. I get a box of packets - all that's available in Canada. You use a tiny amount - it lasts me over 6 months. An alternative is Proviable, but you use more of it per serving. Those are two good ones for IBD, but you can use a general human probiotic too for general gut health.
