Bama Kitty is feeling much better today, ate nearly a whole can of FF Turkey & Giblets feast, drank his morning after breakfast drink, and purred a good bit. He took a while to settle down last night after his vet appointment but ate his snacks overnight. I thought his bounce was breaking at the PM+2.5 mark with his BG @ 260 but he had shot back up to 305 by mid cycle. Guess that was maybe stress from being at the vet's office. Looking for a break maybe later today.
 
Bama ate well @ PMPS; down to 204 which looks like he's setting up for an active cycle. Good-bye sleep. Still waiting to hear from the compounding pharmacy that his Ondansetron transdermal gel is ready. Doesn't appear he needs it at this point but it's always good to be prepared for when it is needed. Planning to get a +2.
 
Nice controlled drop here, 173 @ PM+2. He got out of his bed for his test and looked expectedly for food so I gave him a teaspoon of FF and 2 or 3 kibble left from pmps meal. Checking again @ +4.
 
Still dropping @ PM+4.5, 127, I suggested to Bama that he may not need another reducie just yet but he may want another walk through the greens. Fed another teaspoon or two of FF. Checking again in couple hours.
 
Looks like he has started to rise a bit. Maybe he'll be flat for a while. Probably no reducie tonight. Maybe tomorrow. He got out of his bed for each of his tests tonight and has eaten almost all the rest of the FF from the can I opened at PMPS. Left the remaining 1/2 teaspoon and 4 or 5 kibble in his bowl to see if he finishes it. Will check in 2.5 hours and pick it up before AMPS.
