Good Morning, Everyone,

It's another cold day with a dusting of new snow. Rusty had a good night and ate almost all of his nighttime food (most just before we got up). Later he enjoyed his breakfast (first sitting), a schmooze, a combing, and is now chillaxin' in his perch over the radiator. Edward is baking bread and I'm getting ready to make a vegetarian chili for the Mountain Club's monthly potluck this evening. I'm also working on the clutter in my study :lol: and watering the plants. Multitasking!!

You can come over and work on my clutter too, it's so much fun. :lol: Good day for the LagoonMeister. :mrgreen: It's cold here too, 30 F this morning and windy, coldest so far.

When you're done with Liz's clutter, you're welcome to tackle mine, but you might need a large shovel! :roll:

Baking bread is such a lovely, cosy thing - the whole house smells yummy. Not that it's anything we do here! But I remember being at Mark's grandmother's house when she was baking. Yummm.

Looks like Rusty is watching over Neko and others in the lagoon today. Good thing it's warm water! :mrgreen:

Nice to see Rusty staying so nice and steady. I hope you have a great potluck after all the hard work today.

Hi again,

Rusty is taking a Rest day. Potluck was fun. I took the afternoon off and read a book. We're about to begin the evening routine. Rusty has already started on his dinner.

Nice day for Rusty! I see a green in there, and not too bad of a pmps too. Rest well Rusty, surf well too. You enjoy that radiator. it has been so cold here too that Lola, Bug and Elsa want one of their own... they say they are much better than those floor registers. ;-)

ahhhhh.... I LOVE your afternoon: time off to read a book. I think that will be what I will do in a few. I love reading.

Excellent on the potluck! Sounds like fun, but your guys always have a good time. :cool:

Thanks for visiting, guys. Rusty ate all his dinner. Had a good play. Had a good snooze, and we are about to turn in.

See you tomorrow. We are getting set for a very cold week, with nighttime temperatures in the teens. It may be time now to put up the door quilts on the porches. Even though we can't use the porches at this time of year, until it gets too cold we can still look out the doors and have the sense of spaciousness. When the quilts are up everything gets closed in. (But the house stays much warmer.)

Looks like a pretty good day for Rusty and I hope he stayed warm. Nice number this evening before bed :-D

I made chili today, too, but it was in the 60s here today instead of close to the teens. Still...60s are our chili weather :lol: :lol:

Tobey said he would love to come visit and bring you some cimmamum oatmeal muffins he made but it's too cold. He wants to know if you'll come here?
