Soooo Lano gained weight! For him thats not great. I guess i need to re adjust my pushing food on him.
I thought his appetite wasnt good… but i may need to cut back on what im pushing

Well the vet said 15 ish lbs would be a good weight for him. I would even think in the 17s is ok.
Two years ago he mysteriously lost 2 lbs, and bounced back in a year. I havent put his weight loss on my radar franlky
 
He needs to be feeling good before you work on weight reduction. Then have a look at Lisa Pierson’s site. I helped a friend’s cat get to his ideal weight following her advice. It would be dangerous for Lando to loose too quickly as for a cat that overweight fast loss can lead to hepatic lipidosis. But you don’t want him gaining.

Im totally with you on this. Yes, if Lando ever gets to feeling better than “not barfy ” , i will look at diet. Otherwise i want to keep him below 18.6 and above 18
