Well, at least it's not in the 400s! Chester is already up and playing today, so I have confidence we'll throw this carb spike off sooner rather than later. The goal for this week: NO KIBBLE RAIDS!!!

Got some Levemir Flexpens the other day but I'm chicken to use them until this weekend when I can be around to test. Don't know what a fresh batch of insulin will do to the Little Man. Still have plenty of the old stuff anyway. You can imagine how frustrating it was to buy $200 worth of insulin for a cat who is now on two drops a day! Tried those on-line coupons that said they were good for animals but apparently not in Wisconsin, because she said it was a state law that it had to be a human being.

Re: 11/15 Chester's AMPS 354

I always try to wait until I can be home to open a new pen, too.
Come on down, nice and easy, Chester.

Re: 11/15 Chester's AMPS 354

yeah we like opening a new pen when we are here to monitor as well .. I hope chester comes down off the pink floor today (and takes mocha with him!) Have a great day guys!

Still in the pinks, which I'm attributing to the kibble from last night...but the great news is: he got into NO kibble today! Nor will he, because DH isn't home and I refuse to open it until he's safely bedded down for the night in his room (Chester, not DH).

I definitely need to get a different autofeeder...the kind that will turn onto an empty chamber closer to feeding time, because I have no clue when Chester ate today...I leave wet out for all of them. I'm also biting my nails waiting for him to clear the kibble, knowing that it will probably come with little warning like it has before.
