Trixie sweetie, please come down today and make your Momma Bean happy! Morning Amy, I answered your questions on the Instinct in my condo. I sure hope they don't change the formula. It doesn't appear to say so on the can. Hope it isn't too cold there today so you can enjoy the day. My Mom lives in PA, and she said yesterday was nice, but weather can change so quickly. Take care and scritches to Trixie and the clan.

Thanks for all the cheering, guys! Can I tell you how much I hate scrolling through her SS right now, passing by all those blues and greens to get to these past few weeks sucks!
I was going to try Intinct Duck...until I saw the price. $2.50 a can - yike! I love her dearly, but I'm gonna have to try something more economical than that. I may try Wellness Turkey. She's never had any sort of Turkey before, so maybe she has a beef with chicken in general???? Grasping, here. I vet visit may be next in line, but - fortunately - she is behaving completely like her happy little self.
I also just got word that my brother and his wife just lost their budgie, Poptart. He was a sweet, very lovabe, interactive little guy (many videos of him quoting Shakespeare are on YouTube!), and will be greatly missed. I'm sure they would appreciate a few LL thoughts and candles aimed in their direction.

Hey Amy...I have an idea...maybe flip your SS around so the pink/yellows are at the top and the greens/blues at the bottom. ;-) Actually I do see alot of SSs where the most recent date is on top and the older dates below it.

Here is the condo today where I give the links to the two syringes: Beau's Condo
How the whole thing came up was I started checking my MJs to see where the "0" line was in respect to the plunger since I've been ultra micro dosing Gracie. I have found several of them that are off. I just started setting them aside and I'm going to contact the company and see what they say. Julie uses Terumo (great needles) and it appears they now may have a 1/2unit marking insulin syringe. Julie has called ADW and I'm going to try and call them tomorrow. I have several boxes of MJs though and I think if I just make sure they are lined up right, then it will be ok. Just check them.....I wonder on Trixie???

Celi - YES! That is Poptart. No need to remove it...he was an amazing little guy. Hopefully everyone will enjoy seeing him in action.

Well, I guess she's surfing, but I'd still rather see "blue" than "yellow". At least she actually came down this evening!
Not that I wish this on anyone, but it is relieving to not be alone in this bizarre loss of regulation. I know it's all part of the sugar dance, but damn....WHY is it part of the sugar dance???
I'm curious to see how the syringe situation plays out. How could these manufacturing companies not realize how vital it is to be completely accurate with something like a syringe??? This could be a small factor with Trixie, but she's so far out of whack right now that I don't think it's a major factor. Even at that, though, it is definitely something to question and be concerned about.

Well WTH huh?! At least Trix saw a brief glimpse of blue, looks like Trixie and Leo have been talking and decided to throw beans and grandbeans for a MAJOR curveball. Both my dad and I are convinced it has to be the insulin, what else could it be? At least they are both feeling good, Leo apparently feels great......what a stinker, causing beans and grandbeans stress and he's busy playing! :evil:
Hugs to you too Amy. I think I may need some hair dye when I get home, I'm sure I've sprouted a few gray hairs these last few days!

At least you've got some hairs left to turn gray! Amongst my crowd, I'm convinced they are either trying to kill me, or at least make me rip all my hair out so I am completetly bald :lol: !
