Looks like the drop to 8.5U might be a little too much, back to yellow and each preshot is higher than the last.

Unless I see pink show up, I'm going to leave it alone for a few more cycles to let everything settle before adjusting back up.

We did just start Orbax again this morning. That sometimes increases her BGs. Her urine culture came back negative, but the Orbax did reduce the amount of blood in her urine and made her coat not so greasy so we are going to try it for a longer time this time. It can't hurt. She's been peeing blood for over a month now and no sign on what it is. Vet doesn't want to stress her with an ultrasound of the kidneys.

I think you could let this dose sit for a total of 4 cycles and then make the adjustment.

Does your vet think it may be a kidney infection? They are notoriously hard to get rid of. If that's the case, it's not surprising that an AB may be helping. It can take several weeks (like 6) of AB to clear the infection in some cats.
