Did she get in to something? Other than that, she could also be bouncing from that 102. I'd wait it out.

I know those high numbers are hard to see, but I agree with Dyana...this looks like a bounce. I would wait for it to clear and evaluate her dose then.
 
I know it can be frustrating to see high numbers. However, increasing when there's a bounce can put your cat over a good dose. It's best to wait until the numbers level out.
