Pmps last night I did a dose increase from 1.25 to 1.5 which resulted in +6.5 = 337.

This morning I only had Merricks Turducks & Cowboy cookout at home to leave for Khan. I also left some cooked pork- which he ate right up.

His posture and walking seem to be much improved. He definitely loves that pork. I tried to take it from him last night- wow! he sat right up and put his paw out. What an attitude! haha!

Gotta tell you Lori I'm exhausted this week. My nerves are bit tense..and a good night sleep will do me a lot of good. Khan's increase in insulin-not too worried but still watching closely, hyperthyroid cat, stopped eating and doesn't even want to go outside or even more around. this is bad, I already spoke to the vet and she is going in after work today for fluids, switch to transderm medication and going home with fluids- I'm sick of the yo-yoing of her.. lets get on with the fluids... then pepper whom has crystals..keeps licking his belly-- it is red. I had to syringe in a bunch of fluids (Hills s/d diluted) last night.. rest I added cat nip too to try to encourage him to eat-which he does a bit. Wisp has begun to limp and hang out on the heating pad, I've been offering a cold pack too. breaks my heart- she has breast cancer..still runs around but I can see the slight limp.. then the young 7 yr old.. she is .. well meows and meows and meows wants to get in the drawer that gives her access to under the bathrub.. I don't get it. Just a lot going on. On top of it I have a 3 yr old and had my boyfriend move out. Just a crazy week!! can't wait to relax tonight! ugghhh!!

Wow, you have a lot on your plate! I bet you are exhausted! I hope the change in meds and the fluids will help your hyperT cat...if you want help with the fluids, I know there are lots of experienced folks here (not me) who can give you ideas on saving money on fluids, what needles to use, etc. And the other kitties with health issues, plus a 3 year old....and an exBF! A lot of stress, oh my! Well, you're doing a great job juggling all of this...just the 3 year old is a major challenge, I remember that age all too well! They don't warn you about the terrible threes, do they? I found that age much harder than the twos..the good thing is that they aren't three forever! Hang in there, ok?
