WCR: She didn't finish all her food from last night, and again this morning. It took her until AMPS +2.5 to finally finish it all, and even then I didn't give her the full 72 oz. (AMPS plus the +1 combined). I had to leave here at 7:45 a.m. to follow DH to his Dr.'s appt., then had to take the truck in to get the tires balanced afterwards since it was in the general area.
This morning at her +1 meal, I ended up feeding her in the kitchen, hoping that nobody would make a mess in the house after they ate. I was hoping that with being in the kitchen that she would eat all of her meal, but she didn't. This is the 2nd cycle that she's done this, and I don't know what to do. Her weight's good. Her #s appear to be good, other than the fact that she was a bit high this a.m. due to the less food from last night, I'm guessing. All I can do is keep doing what I'm doing, and perhaps only feed her in the kitchen along with the others and see what happens from that point. I'll have to watch very closely so that she doesn't get any of theirs. I'm not sure if she's telling me that she doesn't want as much food. I'm not sure if she's trying to tell me that something's not right. If it's the former, then perhaps she may not need as much insulin, but I wasn't here to test her until I got back home. If it's the latter, then rising #s may be an indicator. At this point, I don't know anymore.
Bubba's doing well. He's still eating and drinking, and is spoiled rotten. After his midday snack, he was kind of acting like his old self, and darting around a bit. It was nice to see.
Off topic: I'll be without a vehicle yet again. The car is still leaking oil, and this time DH thinks it's coming from the crank shaft seal, which is the main one. This is going to cost us a fair amount. Not only that, but when I had the people at the tire store rebalance all tires on the truck (for free, thank goodness), the person who worked on it told me that when he rebalanced the front passenger tire, he felt a bit of wiggling in the front end, and suggested that I have that looked at. Great. Thank you for that.
I came home with a headache, which had started on the way to DH's dr. appt. It progressed throughout the morning. I was able to take something for it when I got home, and it's starting to subside. I just want things to get back to normal. We've had enough problems all year. Enough.

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
