I think the steroid is slowly leaving Simon's system. It is nice to see a blue number instead of a yellow for his AMPS. I will be able to come home at lunch to test and feed so Simon will be happy and not throw up again. My DH and I always call him Nervous Ned because any little change in his schedule causes him to throw up. Of course, he probably takes after me since I am a person that likes things done in a certain way. Come to think of it, my whole family is a little OCD!

Hope y'all have a wonderful day and say a big thank you to all of our veterans. We are having a Veteran's Day celebration at my work place today. We have Veterans from World War II, Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm. We even have a lady that was in the Women's Army Corps in WWII. This is what makes my job so rewarding. It can be very stressful and exhausting, but when I see the smiles on our Veteran's faces when they parade in with the flag and when we give them certificates and a flag pin, it is all worth it.

Re: 11/11 Simon AMPS 163

Yay on the return of blue AMPS!

I think most of us, even if we don't come by it naturally, have developed a touch of OCD in dealing with our kitters.
