Looks like we are starting the day with a bounce. If I had to guess I would say it's from the mostly blue AM cycle yesterday. Hopefully Sarge will recognize this as a good thing again soon.
Diesel made an appearance when I was spot testing Sarge this morning. I was on the floor next to the fridge and had just poked Sarge's ear when Diesel reached under the fridge and stepped in the glue trap I keep under there for the brown recluses that wander inside this time of year. I don't even know how he managed to get it. It was 99% under the fridge and down a narrow alley between the fridge and the wall. Next thing you know I have a muscle bound cat freaking out inches from the cat I am trying to get a blood drop from. I must have sprouted a third arm because I managed to get the trap off Diesel's paw without loosing my hold on Sarge or the test drop we had just made. There is now a little grey partial foot print in the trap. I wish I could say he will be the wiser after this but this is actually the second time this fall I have had to "rescue" him from an out of the way glue trap. I have caught one Diesel for every brown recluse so far!
