Follow-up blood work came back yesterday. WBC is significantly improved with 2 weeks of ABs. Still worried about kidney values. Love my vet - he stayed late to review BW in detail. New thinking is acute on chronic kidney disease. Continue ABs, SQ fluids and start P-binder. Headed back to vet today because of ongoing constipation.
