Good Thursday Morning Everyone ~O)

Ran a little late this a.m. Had to go by Wal-Mart and get more cat food so I'd have enough today. Not sure what to think about the amount of food this kitty is eating. It seems massive compared to others. I really didn't pay much attention when he was on the dry stuff. I guess I'm just going to have to listen to him cry for food and cut it down cause he is all consuming.

He had a little MC in early hours of a.m. (Late & this reason for higher #'s?) cause I was out of his "favorite" which is the only LC he'll eat right now. I do intend to make our own food in the near future as soon as I can get it together to make it. I wonder if it will be less expensive that way? That and with a vitamin supplement I would think he would be OK.

Another busy day with the new clients.

Hi Cee....we usually like to see them fasting for at least 2 hours before preshot times. Added to the MC, I bet that is why he was in yellow. My two seem to do better with a full 4 hours between their last snack, but some do well with 3 hours....
I use the Feline Future powder which contains all the vitamins needed.... http://www.feline-future.com And I mix it with raw chicken thighs that I puree in my food processor. I do mix it with some canned food at each meal.
I am happier knowing what ingredients are in this home made food so that's why I got into doing that....

Yes...not a bad start...close to blue!!! I think the Feline Futures is a great way to go...I've used it in the past a long time ago until the cats turned
up their noses..so finicky :lol: :lol:

Have served Gandolf 1/4 cup portions all day today, and have tried to get it to at least an every 3 hours schedule. He came to me each time asking for more. I made him wait today. Only once was it really hard but we did it. +4 & +7 were the exceptions because I was adjusting his feeding time so he will be fasting at least 2 hours before poke & shoot".

BTW, went very well w/ new clients. Thanks y'all.

Sweet dreams, I'm hitting the hay. (still have to watch buddy boy here cause he'll very likely go low green. Or so it seems.)
