Well helllooooooo there Lantus Land!
It's been a few weeks, but there's not much to report. I finally got a fresh vial for Sushi, but his numbers are still on the high side. Even so, he seems much healthier on the new insulin.
I would say we need to go for an increase, eh? Though Sushi's long overdue for an increase, he seems to still dip down to 50 every week or so. It's interesting that that happens even though he's not getting enough insulin.
Question--are we in trouble because I've waited so long to give Sushi an increase? Do you have to give the increase immediately on the 7th cycle?
We were having diarreha issues during my last post, and the ReNew Ultimate that Sienne recommended worked like a charm! I also noticed it at Walgreens, so it may be more accessible to folks. Sushi had a random episode last weekend, I tried the ReNew Ultimate again, and it saved the day once more! I think his treats may be the culprit? They're freeze dried chicken; maybe they've gone bad?
