Quick update. DH said he poked her a few times but couldn't get a amps number this morning but did get a mid day one. It was 235. He says Garland is doing great !

Fabulous! having a back up person in the house is wonderful. It makes all the difference, particularly if the going gets rough.
My DBF (aka the night watchman) got in the swing of things after I went on a few business trips and he had to handle BKs care solo.
He is a night owl, so it worked out really well when BK decided to keep us busy around the clock, both on the way up and on the way down. Teamwork really helped a lot in getting BK OTJ.
Of course BK did his part - his last shot was 10/09/2009/AM - 3 days after I started chemo.
Such a good boy. . .
