The Mike Man is doing well. Happy guy. He seems to do fine in the 200 area and the vet is ok with that. But I an going to go up to 4.0 mg tomorrow as it is too high for my liking.

Yes, you do have room for an increase to 4U. Vets prefer that cats run a little higher since most people don't home-test so there is a fear of hypoglycemia - better a little higher than too low.
