LL beans! It is I!, Mannie, kitteh barista! For today I proudly offers triple shot espressos, with beans from Jamaica's Blue Mountain, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: : A venti quad pumpkin spice mocha, laced with cimmamum and nutmeg, topped with a caramel infused whip cream, garnished with pumpkin nut crunch, cimmamum sugar clusters and a dusting of cocoa... PERFECTO!

Yesterday was...... RECOVERY DAY in MannieLand. Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group was performing live at Shadow's OTJ Party... to be followed up with a several impromptu performances during the Progressive Halloween Party. What a great day for Mannie. We had been pink and yellow at the start of the day yesterday, only to have him turn it around into a great blue day. Nice slide from his AMPS yesterday. Zener would be so proud. We hope for a great day today - lots of Blue for the Blue Mannie Group. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Mannie had his buddy, DGS back yesterday. He was so funny. He knew he was coming, and when we arrived he was waiting at the top of the stairs... cautiously waiting... was it the mild mannered kid who spoke softly, or THE VOICE and THE SPEED RACER. And........ it was THE VOICE and THE SPEED RACER! :lol: :lol: He went and hid in his bed. ;-) Nicholas however was in search mode. All through the house with "MANNIE!!!!! MANNIE!!!!! MANNIE!!!!! MANNIE!!!!!" (Elsa has been spared this "torture") :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol: I suggested that he bring some nanners and not just MANNIE!!!!! LOL, but the nanners worked, were well received and the boys sat down for a pet or two. Breakfast was shared. Mannie ate chicken, Nicholas ate blackberries, and neither wanted to share... Life is good. This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday - I will try and get to condos once DGS has gone home for the day. Today we will hopefully visit a river, if the weather is good. Paws crossed that Mannie gives us a permission slip... I will miss you guys, and your furkids! Be good kitties! think blue, think green! :cool:

Hey everybody! I AM SO TIRED.... But what a night- Shadow's OTJ and then Halloween! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! What fun! I think we all need a chillaxin' day today, and I so hope Rusty's porches are open, and the radiator! Lots of fleece, and maybe some cookies and a few niptinis. I gots lots of leftovers from the party too! You guys in? ~~ Mannie

And completely OT: here are some photos from my and DGS's adventure yesterday: swimming and some outdoor fun. Nicholas and I had a great day - swimming in the morning, and just some ourdoor in the rain time after that. In between he napped.... Nice blue this morning Mannie! What a great couple of days. Oh how funny on DGS and Mannie. I can just see Mannie holding his breath waiting to see who will show up. Nice on the breffis. Mannie still doesn't like blueberries huh? :lol: That's ok. I think chicken is better too big guy.

Love the pics! What beautiful colors and the sweet little boy in them is pretty great too. Have a great day Michelle!!

Hi guys .. yes for blue man group! And look how nicely he's starting today .. seems like lots of kitties around here need a full day of rest after the halloween party .. porches and niptini's sound like the way to go .. Great pictures .. it's nice to see some color still .. our leaves are either dead or off the trees now .. have a great day guys!

Wow what nice colors in the pictures! (Well, and good colors for Mannie as well!) Funny on which DGS Mannie will find - calm or yelling! And waiting at the top of the stairs to see!

Mannie Mannie, I needs a super triple espresso - Leo apparently didn't eat correctly at the progressive and threw mama bean 40's this am! Thanks buddy!!!

So funny with Nicholas, the voice yesterday and their breffifs. I saw the swim video and the one of DGS in the back yard, so cute. You Have a great yard and it looks large, too. Beautiful colors with cutie DGS in the pics. Have a great adventure today.

Mannie, I am ready for Rusty's porch and some good fuds. I definitely need niptunis, too. See ya at my spot, Mags

Hi guys,
Yep, it was a good day for the kitties to chillax. We had cold rain all day here (remnants of Hurricane Sandy, still) and Rusty was glad his pals came by to get warm on the radiators. I was out all day running around with the car (put on winter tires, etc.; shopping). It's great that Mannie came down from yesterday's early numbers.

Your autumn yard is beautiful. My parents had a Japanese Maple, too, and I always liked to sit under it when I was a child.

Have a good evening. Just got off the phone with Roni. They have lost so much. I feel so bad for them.

yellow seems to be the color of the night... maybe we can turn this around Mannie, and find the blue floor again?

DGS and I had a great day today. The weather wasn't so great, predictions were awful, so we headed of to the Aquarium today. It figures though that once we made that commitment the skies cleared and it turned out to be an decent day.... who knew? Nicholas had a blast there - three hours of non-stop looking at everything. He sure loved the fish, and being able to actually touch some things. I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Melissa - THX, he has had some great blue cycles. Bummer on the yellow tonight, but I won't complain. AT least it is not those other colors that he used to love so well.... yep, he as funny to watch that morning: which kid will show up. :lol: :lol: LOL: no on the blueberries, and the strawberries, and the raspberries. Silly cat doesn't know what's good... :lol: THX too on the pics. we still have our fall colors: go figure!

HI Devon - it was good this AM, seems we are now bouncing a little bit. Not too bad though. thx too on the pics - it is odd for us to still have the color. It is really sticking around a long time here.

Hi Ann, and Maggie - I love those two together... Mannie so cautious, but trusting, Nicolas just being a kid. What a combo! I'm glad you got to see some of the vids. THX on te yard. I's a good size, but not overly big. thanks good ness on the size. I can't imagine trying to keep up anything bigger... :shock:

Funny ting is that kid ran himself ragged, non stop for all day long today. afterteh aquarium we wold not nap :shock: so we went out into the yard played for a good hour or so more. another non-stop. Hi Ella - I thank you and Barbara for keeping us updated on Roni Brad and Moonie. I feel so bad for them: it just has to be the hardest thing to deal with. I too will keep them in my thoughts. -- THX on the yard. I love that Maple. We lost part of it to a storm awhile back, but the remaining part is gorgeous in the fall. Darn tree is at least 20 feet tall, maybe 30 across. huge. Planted by my grandfather when he bought the house. I hope all went well with your car. YAY for Mannie, now if he can just come down from tonight's highs.

More blue today and I think he's just resting tonight from all the last few party days.
