Happy Friday Lantus Land!!

Hope everyone had a safe and candy filled Halloween!

It looks like China must have dropped low last night since she's bouncing this morning! She's working her way down though, so we'll see where we are at PMPS. Trying a new food today and so far (which means once) she's happy with it (Cats in the Kitchen..Fowl Ball)....Now to see if she'll eat it twice!! That's been her pattern..eat it once, then it's no longer edible. We'll just have to wait and see :-D

Today's a lazy day here...after the week I've had, I'm not doing anything I don't have to do today! Just resting and relaxing with my kitties!!

Hope everyone has a great Friday and that your kitties are surfing pretty numbers! Sending vines to anyone who needs them!

Well what's China up to this time? Was just starting to think that maybe .75 might not be enough (but had no intention of increasing yet) and then she drops from 219 to 129 in 3 hours at the end of the AM cycle!

Silly kitty!! You know you're driving your mamabean crazy, right? :-D

And I was right!! The Fowl Ball was a big hit..once...she hasn't eaten it again

Nice PMPS. It looks like tonight might be interesting. Sorry China is being picky about the new food.

I have 7 other flavors to try, but I think it's the consistency she doesn't like. She seems to really like the pates and the more like babyfood they are, the better she seems to like it.

I wonder if I put the Fowl Ball in a blender if it'd convince her to eat it? Might be worth a try..she's not going to eat anymore the way it is and it's too expensive to throw away!

Are those the pouch food? I seen them today on my hunt, but could not find any canned :sad: The lady at the store thought I was completely nuts, with all the papers and muttering :lol:
Hope China has a nice safe night for you and eats her blended food (put an umbrella in it...I am confident that would work)

No, the pouches are too high in carbs...these are the cans. They come in the small cans as well as 6oz cans (and me, being the eternal optimist I am, bought the big cans...Joke's on me :lol: :lol:

And I have a feeling I'll be up with the PJ's tonight...She just dropped 36 points in 2 hours...from 129 to 96 at +2

China just loves to make me sweat...LOL

No more dropping quick China. Eat some yummy new giant can food and take the ride nice and slow. Pretty sure I remember your mama saying she wanted a "restful and relaxing" evening with the kitties tonight. Quick drops do not equal restful nor relaxing...silly girl :-D

OH, I am all too familiar with the "eat it once" tactic...not so much from Trix as from my civvies. Crazy cats! China sure has kept you guessing today. I hope she finds her surfboard and glides through the evening!

Thought I would visit your PJ party tonight. Hopefully this is it and China surfs from now on. I think we should all try making tacos or
casseroles with the food for us so we don't waste too much. Maybe I'll try it on Dh.

Oh that's hilarious Doreen!! A lot of the food I'm trying looks better than a lot of stuff I'm eating!! Might make some really good taco's or casseroles!!

A little spice here, and a little gravy there and we'd have quite a meal!

Ugh! 50's surfs in the middle of the night are not my favorite. Up just a tiny bit China. 70's and 80's are just as healing.

Remind me not to invite you to a potluck dinner party. ;-)

If she didn't have a nadir that bounced around like a superball, I'd think that maybe she'd surf safely...unfortunately, she does have a nadir that bounces around like a superball, so she could still be dropping

Will retest in about an hour since she did eat a little better this time

Hi Chris and China ....I hope by now China's numbers have gone up and you r getting some well deserved sleep !

Sorry China is not liking the Weruva ...Monet (and Picasso) are loving the 3 flavors I just bought especially the Paw Lickin' Chicken in Gravy one and Funk In The Trunk Chicken Recipe in Pumpkin Consomme . (Got to love the names they use for their flavors :lol: ) I add a couple of teaspoons of warm water to them and they seem to like them even more...maybe China would like that??? I could not find any where here locally that sold Weruva so I had to order online from Cheweys...@ least it was free shipping ;-)
