Poor Furball had a rough evening. I have been having trouble recently getting a good blood drop from her ear. This evening she was really antsy and wouldn't sit still. I couldn't get her ear to bleed and she started fighting me. I was afraid she was really low because she was acting like she was starving. After fighting with her for about 5 minutes I left her alone for a couple of minutes. Then I was able to get enough blood for a test. I was afraid to feed her before I got the test because if she was really low I wouldn't know what number she was at. Her shot was about 10 minutes late this evening because she fought me on that too.

I think I may have given her a fur shot this morning. I also think she went low during the day because all of the plates were licked clean. I think both of these contributed to the high PMPS. Poor kitty. I hope she comes down soon.
 
Furball, you don't belong up there! Come on down. I hate it when you have to guess what happened. Neko was going higher today and I though I smelled a little Lantus on her. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and you get to sleep tonight.

I hate sometimes they act like they are high and low at the same time, and you don't know! Sometimes Leo licks the plate clean when he's high and sometimes when he's low, and flip flops all the time. Sometimes he acts like a slug and I'm sure he's low, and then he's 300.

I hope Furball (and you!) have a better evening.

Poor Furball and poor you! Come on down. I wonder if the anxiety of the testing raised the number somewhat. Hope Furball comes down nice and easy for you and you both have a better night!
