J.D. slept in his bed in the living room last night. He was ready to go outside at AMPS time, but I warmed up some FF Beef Feast that was cold from being in the refrigerator and he ate some and then was following me around into the kitchen so I gave him some lovings and added some crumbled freeze dried salmon on top of his breffis and he was hungrily eating it, when Ginger finally decided to get up and join him. Now, they're ready to go outside, so I better bundle up and get their walk in.

I hope everyone has a good day. I'm sending healing vines to Grendel and to all who need them.

Hi Dyana,

Still loving hearing how your kitties just like to go out for a walk with their momma :-D And they walk from the car to your house when they get home :-D I once fed a stray who followed me when I walked my dog, but that is the closest I have ever come to a cat who would walk with me outside!

The walks are good for J.D. since he is arthritic and I feel it gives him some stimulation to his day.
I used to have a bunch of squirrels that I fed, and sometimes it would be me walking to cats and a squirrel following along. I left to go to Pittsburgh for 4 days, and all the squirrels forgot who I was :-| I still carry peanuts in my pocket and every once in a while I run into a squirrel that knows me and will come up to me for a peanut.

Time to get ready for work. . .

Hi Dyana... Hope you, JD, and Ginger stay warm on your walk... It was rather chilly down here in SC this morning, so I can only imagine how cold it is up there ! At least your walk will warm you up ...especially if you guys are moving this fast bcatrun_gif

What a sweet morning, with J.D. and Ginger enjoying their breakfasts and going for a brisk walk.
Silly squirrels with their short-term memory ~ they don't know what they're missing!

:-D It's one thing to picture the kitties going for their walk (too cute), but squirrels following along! I am so envious. You are like Snow White! :-D

:lol: Ha ha.

You should see me when I hear the crows cawing wildly, and I go outside and look up into the trees to find the hawk they are yelling at, and I then yell at the hawk to go away and it does. I never know why those hawks fly away, when I am waaaaay down on the ground yelling at them.

Almost all the left out food was eaten when I returned home from work. That doesn't happen often.
I got home so tired from work, I could just go to sleep. J.D. got his Azodyl at PMPS, and we went for a long walk.
I put out a plate of 1/2 can of FF Chunky Chopped Grill when we got home, and J.D. ate most of it (it was enough for two meals that he was supposed to share with Ginger).

Off to go vote. Ginger is scratching at the door to go back outside, but she's going to have to wait.

Hi Dyana, stopping by to say hello to you. J.D. and Ginger. I, too, always enjoyed hearing about your walks with J.D. in the mornings. My first kitty loved taking walks with me. Hope you are all doing well. Last time I was lurking, you were looking for good rates to California. Hope you found something reasonable.
I miss the seasons back your way. Neat with the squirrels. Have a nice evening.
