Good morning!
AMPS 121 shooting 2.75u
I find it really hard to get used to Boomer's smaller appy when his numbers are in greens/blues! Especially overnight!
On the Beans' agenda today.....well I have painted all the trim but there are touch-ups that need to be done. DH is talking about a second coat on the walls now. And I have some cupboards above where the washer/dryer sit that I want to get cleaned. Other than that, maybe catching a nap....I've had a wicked cough for over a week now (DH too) and have not been sleeping well at all! I haven't been out doing photography for days! It was supposed to be clear this morning but of course it's cloudy
and it's darn cold out!
One of the last times I was out I was standing near a swampy area...a friend of mine had gone down to the edge of the pond in search of a Red-Tailed Hawk that had landed there....I'm guessing she scared this Belted Kingfisher out of it's hiding/resting spot and it flew in front of me and landed pretty close! So today's photo is of the Belted Kingfisher; I believe it's a male although there is a bit of red on it's front that is confusing me (the females have quite a bit of rusty colouring on their front)
